DANIÈLE HENKEL, HONORARY PRESIDENT OF THE 5TH EDITION

The PRIX DE LA DANSE DE MONTRÉAL (PDM) celebrates its 5th edition this year under Honorary President Danièle Henkel, a highly respected business woman famous for her participation in the television show Dans l’œil du dragon, broadcast on the Ici Radio-Canada network. Danièle has a passion for dance and excellence, and has agreed for the second consecutive year to be part of the prestigious awards gala that will take place on November 19.

Addition of a New Award
A fourth prize, the Prix DÉCOUVERTE de la danse de Montréal, présenté par l’Agora de la danse and Tangente will be awarded during the gala on November 19. Granted to an outstanding emerging artist, this new award will recognize a dynamic Quebec choreographer, dancer or collaborator (in lighting or sound design, set design, etc.) as the Discovery of the Year in the dance milieu.
