Dedicated to cultural diversity since 2015, the Envol Award is evolving in 2023 to highlight the diversity of dance practices. The prize, worth $10,000, recognizes the many artistic practices and expressions of Montreal’s cultural diversity in dance, and highlights its vital contribution to the city. It is open to individuals, collectives and organisations whose activities took place during the previous season (from July 1 to June 30).
